Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility: Items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return: Contact us at support@bareillykajhumka.com or call +91 9457443396 (Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 7 PM). Once accepted, we'll send you return instructions and further details.

Damages & Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately and we'll make it right.

Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, and custom/personalized jewelry cannot be returned.

Exchanges: Return the original item first, and once accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
