Returns & Exchanges
- We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Customized or made-to-order jewelry is not eligible for return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
